biography

Patrick Burkart is an associate professor of communication at Texas A&M University. His current projects include research on music and cyberliberties, the political economy of the music industry, and Latin American media and telecommunications industries. His new book is Music and Cyberliberties, published by Wesleyan University Press (2010).
