- Knifeandfork is a collaborative artist group founded in Sweden and currently based out of New York and Los Angeles. brianhouse.netBrian House is a new media artist and bricoleur who engages technology to explore new creative spaces. Recently, he was Director of Research & Development at Counts Media Inc., an entertainment startup in NYC, where he worked with the Blue Man Group to add an interactive, mobile phone-based segment to their touring show. He is co-creator of Yellow Arrow, a global public art project using text-messaging. Other favorite pieces include 5 'til 12 (2006), an interactive video installation at the Beall Center in Irvine, CA, and The Case at Kulturhuset (2004), a mixed-reality narrative set at Stockholm's culture house. He holds a masters in Art & Technology from Chalmers University in Göteborg, Sweden, and studied computational intelligence and religion as an undergraduate at Columbia University. He comes from Denver and lives in Brooklyn. Born in Saudi Arabia, 1979, Sue Huang currently lives in Los Angeles practicing at the UCLA Design | Media Arts MFA program. Her recent solo and collaborative works have been presented at ITP NYU in New York, the Beall Center in Irvine, the Images Festival in Toronto, Kulturhuset in Stockholm, the Loving Berlin Festival in Berlin and Roda Sten in Gothenburg. Sue is a graduate of Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service and Phillips Exeter Academy. She has also studied previously at Chalmers University in Sweden and Waseda University in Japan. She is a recipient of the Edna and Yu-Shan Han Endowed Award for her MFA studies and of the Beall Center Artist Honorarium.
