biography
Brad graduated in 2007 with a Masters Degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design at the University of Toronto and currently works for a Toronto based architectural firm. His interest in perception, sound and architecture has lead to a number of explorations focusing on recording, archiving, visual and physical representations of sound, multimodal experience, and responsive systems. Recent installations include 5713 Moments of Absence between C and C# (2005) - an audiovisual presentation exploring the transposition of an animation sequence to an aural experience using binaural beat frequencies; Tactile Soundscape (2007) – an exploration into soundscape recording, archiving and tactile, responsive systems.
